On February 1st, The Fabulous LV Scribes met at the Healing Garden in Downtown Las Vegas to pay homage to the 58 victims whose lives were taken short on October 1, 2017. The scribed Weathergrams from January, with the names for each victim have all been respectfully placed on each tree. Brother Andrew Drey was a Godsend. I personally call him the "Keeper of the Souls" as he has a map, but knows by heart just about every person and where their tree is in the garden. We could not have accomplished and found each one without his expertise. This Garden has developed in such a short time and yet holds so much history. There are painted stones from the Scouts, a large heart shaped banner with pictures of each victim was delivered while we were there, notes from family, friends and the outpouring of caring. Did I say Awe Inspiring? And a constant flow of visitors.

This was so nice! Thank you for going and representing all of us. It was wonderful to be able to do SOMETHING for the people whose lives were cut short.
